Labour cost can be steered

Optimisation of employer and employee contributions in seven European countries. Compliant, costed, documented structures.

Two entry points, one mechanism

A company wants to lower its total cost without losing compliance. A consultant wants to keep more of what they invoice. These are two sides of the same calculation.

Companies

You employ or deploy people in several countries and the total cost is becoming hard to hold.

  • Total cost analysis, position by position
  • Structuring of remuneration and expenses
  • Multi-country payroll and social declarations
  • Posting, A1 certificates, intra-European mobility

Consultants

You invoice your expertise and watch half of it disappear between the client and your account.

  • Detailed costing before you sign
  • Contract and social cover in good standing
  • Salary on the 1st, professional expenses on the 5th
  • Continuity when the assignment changes country

What we optimise, concretely

None of these levers is exotic. They are mechanisms provided for by the legislation of the countries we operate in. What is usually missing is the time and the knowledge needed to combine them correctly.

01

Composition of remuneration

Split between salary, substantiated professional expenses, benefits and non-recurring elements, according to what the country of assignment actually allows.

02

Choice of employment framework

Applicable collective agreement, employment or secondment status, service regime: the framework chosen has a direct impact on the contribution rate.

03

Mobility and posting

Social security affiliation, A1 form, posting rules and bilateral agreements for assignments that cross a border.

04

Expenses and professional mobility

Travel, housing, vehicle, equipment: treated as expenses when they are, with supporting documents that hold up under audit.

05

Savings and deferral

Recognised insurance and long-term savings schemes, to turn part of the immediate cost into accumulated capital.

06

Compliance and documentation

Contracts, declarations, payslips, supporting documents: a structure is only worth what it can demonstrate. That is what makes it last.

Seven countries, seven sets of rules

Each country has its own funds, agreements and thresholds. We work within local law, with advisers present on the ground, rather than applying a single model imported from elsewhere.

How an engagement unfolds

Nothing is signed before the numbers are on the table.

  1. 01

    Scoping

You send us the scope: country, duration, profile, budget or daily rate. We identify the applicable employment framework.

  2. 02

    Detailed costing

You receive a named calculation: total employer cost, net received, expenses, contributions. Every line can be explained.

  3. 03

    Set-up

Contracts, affiliations, declarations and file opening. A contract can be drawn up within 48 hours when the assignment requires it.

  4. 04

    Monthly execution

Services validated, payroll calculated and paid on the 1st, expenses reimbursed on the 5th, contributions declared and settled. Documents available at the same time.

  5. 05

    Annual review

Legislation moves. We review every file at least once a year, and immediately whenever the country or the assignment changes.

We do not work alone

Our structures are reviewed by international audit and advisory firms, local lawyers and European insurers. That is what it takes for a structure to hold up in front of an inspector, not just a client.

Send us a real case. We send back numbers.

A profile, a country, a budget or a daily rate is enough. You receive a detailed costing within 48 working hours, with no commitment.
